1. Introduction

Welcome to Master Football Academy! We offer football training sessions and courses, which you can pay for on our website. These terms and conditions govern your use of our online services and the purchase of our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and by registering for any of our courses or sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

3. Registration

To register for a course, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from your parent or guardian who will agree to these terms on your behalf.

4. Payments and Fees

a. All prices for sessions listed on our website are in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD), inclusive of all applicable taxes.

b. Full payment must be received prior to the start of any session.

c. Payment can be made through online bank transfer, credit card, cash.

d. Refunds are available only under the conditions stated in the Refund Policy section below.

5. Refund Policy

a. Course fees are refundable to 90% up until 24 hours prior to the start of the course commencement.

b. After commencement but prior to the completion of one third of the course then 50% of course fees shall be refunded.

c. No refund shall be granted after the completion of one third of the course.

d. Mandatory school events against a copy of school issued documentation (excluding: class trip etc). A minimum notification of 24 hours prior to class is required.

e. There are no refunds for ‘missed’ classes during the course.

f. For injuries and illness a full refund will be granted against a copy of the medical certificate which must be submitted within seven (7) days of the class missed.

Note: All refund requests must be made in writing, including course title and location together with bank details to send the refund to. The date of receiving the written request shall act as the notification date (the basis for refund calculation).

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Republic of China (ROC). Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
